Are there any realtors in HI that can speak to how robust the Honolulu market is?

I asked to speak to the owner and they are telling me that I can’t.

I’m waiting to connect with the realtor to get more information about the sellers background / potentially speak direct to build a bit of a relationship. 

The key is to not have negative cash flow.
