Seeded, turf, or artificial?

I haven't looked at a schedule/topic list, but hoping to make connections and soak in all the like-mindedness as well as information! 

In my opinion, you would seed more control to AirBnB's terms and conditions.

I've planted seeds with the wife, but for now she's opposed to moving away from family and i don't think I'll win that war.

@Marcus Long After processing everything this week I do think that we are leaning more towards the passive commercial and/or syndication side of things with a bit of our seed going into flips in our area.

Being one who’s incredibly patient and makes very educated decisions, I’m just soaking up as much knowledge via book (just read Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing by Michael Blanks) and free audiobooks via YouTube (Rich Dad/Poor Dad, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor) and many podcasts on here.
