There are many low cost areas of the US that are impractical to invest in because of the distance with the travel and hassle building a team. 

However, there is alot of new developments in the area to include the Ai Super Computer, Bucce's gas station (This is national traveler attraction), the Blue Oval, and also lots of other developments but these are the recent highlights.

Take into account the travel time, phone / video time, mistakes along with all the other economic factors.

We bought in 2020 and updated the kitchen and added a bathroom and now rent the in-law suite to traveling nurses!
