Although my experience has been largely on marketing for mobile games for companies located within the famous "Silicon Valley" area, the skills translate very well to advertising for other industries. 

Since graduating, I've led a successful career in Silicon Valley.

I buy up Hart hammers etc ,channelock  pliers ,and dewalt for my lithium power tools and hand drivers .good caulking guns lots of various drywall screws and bits also  and an assortment of silicone products come in handy 

It is hard to believe that a state with massive wealth, silicon valley, Hollywood, Los Angeles, San Francisco, etc., can tax so much and be so broke.

.- Have tons of renovation ideas and would love to learn to do everything by helping, observing contactor (if they let me)  I only know basic like paint, grout, change faucets, apply silicone, cut drywall, etc  My end in mind is to be able to gain more skills and knowledge.Part 3 - My limitations1.

At least in my industry (software/tech), companies from Silicon Valley seem to be moving in on a monthly basis. 

The high earners in the City of New York, Silicon Valley (San Francisco) and Silicon Beach (Los Angeles) cannot afford their neighborhoods. 

Walnut Creek is not Silicon Valley or even the South Bay or Oakland.
