@William SavageIf you are building a modular trailer house that is that is delivered by semi truck cab then there are 2 limiting dimensions to consider, height and width.  

Figure out a 2 year degree or technical vocation that qualifies for the grant, then pace the money, usually can get 2 classes a semester part time year round, and you can maintain a part time job at least semi-related to your school vocation, plus some employers like to see you are active in education.

It wasn't more than 15 years ago, we had a unified President and Congress working in tandem on a semi-similar platform and it didn't turn out very well at all and they got to start with a federal surplus.

They now have semi-passive income with a lot of flexibility and spare time.those who became apartment syndicators in the same 2012-2015 time frame.
