I got my first taste of real estate investing in student housing at FSU (still have 1) and loved it!  

I am going to do something in bad taste. 

It put so much of a bad taste in my husbands mouth that he is really turned off by the idea of another tenant.

Future unfunded liabilities is all to close to home for my tastes

The problem with improving the property is that cosmetics are all a matter of taste.  

It pained me and I had to take a personal day after the decision to walk away, but that property was not for me.There was a lot of weirdness that went down during our inspection that has left a sour taste in my mouth.

@Wes Pracht  the important thing to know is there is a fantastic micro brew there they make their beer the German way  some of the best I have ever tasted.. and of course in PDX we have them everywhere.
