Still strong but lots of competition, so you need to research what works: good pics, seasonal pricing, amenities, etc.

I see so many people who don't understand what they are bidding on.They don't do the research, they don't drive by to see that the Google st view is not accurate and they put down a bunch of cash on a bad property. 

Research your local market to see if it fits the following criteria.

I am just researching, and the more "negative" stuff I found about it the more I am inclined not to make an offer on it.
