There would be a lot of repetitional risk attached to it.

While it is repetitive, you should always understand the "cons" of any strategy in addition to the "pros"   So considering the drawbacks of "C" class neighborhoods is important to understand before you choose to invest regardless.   

You don't mind it at first but eventually you may realize that you would rather be doing something else instead of repetitively mowing your grass and eventually you may start valuing your time more than you value the $40 your save per mow - which you eventually realize is really only $30 because you still have to pay for gas and tool repairs.  

Not to sound repetitive amongst this thread but the support within and hour of just asking for help/insight is already affirming that I’m on track and not alone!
