The seller is still under contract, so a Realtor is prohibited from soliciting the listing.It wouldn’t surprise me to see that happen for the holidays, or because something changed in the seller’s plans.If you want to make an offer, I’d call the seller’s agent - it have your Realtor do it.

the bathroom-for-every-bedroom idea - I realize it may be cost-prohibitive to do six bathrooms but try for at least four, more if you can manage it, and be strategic about their placement as you plan how the house can be sectioned off into different sizes of STRs.I have a 3/3 STR house that can be partitioned into 1/1, 2/2, or 3/3 versions - it gets a little complicated to keep it straight with the cleaning crew and making sure the appropriate doors are locked/unlocked, but the flexibility is great in what is (for me) a very seasonal market.

A good jack of all trades will be worth his weight in gold as most specialty subs aren't interested in coming all the way out to replace a door knob and/or their hourly rate makes maintenance calls prohibitive.

So we are talking about a possible crime of  "unauthorized de-leading (UD)" which occurred 32 years ago.NH's first lead law, I believe was RSA 130-A, which was enacted in 1993.I never followed NH's lead laws and do not know if RSA 130-A covered renovations but I do not believe that interior or exterior lead painted board removal by apartment owners was prohibited in 1987.

Hello,By califirnia law can you tell rental applicants that you can only rent to 2 people per room or there isnt any law that prohibits you from telling applicants what is the amount peoole you can rent to?

There are exceptions when the IRA uses mortgage financing or for certain types of real estate transactions that are businesses as opposed to passive earnings (i.e. flipping houses).IRS rules that accompany the tax-sheltered status of the IRA prohibit you and close family from personally benefiting from the IRA - other than by growing your retirement savings.
