As Millennials continue to enter their prime home buying years, their impact on the housing market is expected to grow, driving innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity in the real estate industry for years to come.

TLDR: If you're in year 4 of 10 and pay the mortgage off, your payoff balance will be adjusted to reflect the cost of buying a gov't bond that will produce the equivalent amount of dividend payments for the remaining 6 years (in other words, one way or another, the lender is absolutely going to get their 10 years of payments).

I am very aware of other products within the MS ecosystem, particularly the Power Platform, that are making some very unique and innovative AI bets. 

Nearly all of these options will hinge on your ability to produce that level of income once complete.

A good real estate brokerage firm will not entertain or interview you if you do not have an active real estate license because those brokerages are top producing brokerage meaning those companies are buying leads with premium leads like Zillow and other sources.

Don't forget your Follow up process, Cold calling consistently will produce good leads but, for us, the first contact to closed deal is longer than some of the other forms of marketing and FU is the difference maker.

I advise people to hold property forever unless they can move the money into another investment that produces a greater return or moves them closer to their goals.
