They do seem possibly open to seller financing the difference of $172K.

I have lived in Austin for almost 20 years where I own one house that has been my primary residence for four years now. 

Primary issue I see is being priced too high for the current market by a few hundred dollars. 

Everybody is different, but the climate is tougher now as carriers begin to cull customers to eliminate unprofitable ones.  

I have a HELOC on my Texas primary residence and am considering a house hack for my next purchase.

Most rooms in America are about 100 sq ft but it may be different there. 

Weather differs depending on where properties are located and even snow accumulation within the same geographic area will vary year to year.

I have 9 properties in 2 states and 3 different counties.

I’m currently in the save all of money phase, I want a couple years of solid savings and some education before I get started, I’m 33 and have been working construction my whole life so this will be a much different career path for me.
