I had not thought much about the risk sharing aspect so i will ponder that.Is the logic of #7 basically ‘you’d be risking less than the other two and your cut should be accordingly smaller?’

I've been pondering the same. 

This is a small token for me to offer directly to a person, potentially since they have to pass all the same requirements as any tenant.Finally, after pondering on the other comments about "just dontate to a tax deductiable charity instead" I have realized there is no difference in the bottom line.

I'll throw in a few more points to ponder.  1) if you did cash your PTO sooner rather than later, there's a chance you could get better return if you invested it. 

And another opinion for you to ponder. 

We are now reconsidering with other properties and wanted to see if anyone else has pondered the same.
