Where did you find out about the fund and the platform?

BiggerPockets has a wealth of data on markets, and there are countless articles on this exact topic.Spend a few days narrowing down to 2-3 markets, then dedicate the next 3-6 months to really learning those markets.

I work at a medium-sized wholesaling company and comp off-market deals 24/7, so I can speak for Propstream as a non MLS User with 3 years of experience on the platform. 

How can I use this platform to learn?

There is very little that is taught in any real estate mentorship that is not included in Subto.Pace is totally dedicated to the mentorship.

Attend local investor meetups, join local Real Estate Investment Associations (REIAs), join digital groups like LinkedIn and Facebook, and use platforms like BiggerPockets to connect with experienced investors, contractors, and potential partners.

I will say the Facebook groups and reversing different platforms have been the most successful.

If you take over - ABNB, VRBO, Booking - will be your priority platforms.

My personal soapbox statement - Airbnb is an abusive spouse that slowly people are waking up to realize they are in a controling abusive relationship and they start to develop an escape plan (more platforms/direct website) so they are no longer relying on Airbnb.
