What do you think about refinancing FHA loan into conventional in order to utilize FHA loan again or does there have to be waiting period?

I would buy 1 quality local single family home ASAP, under full market value, so I have an out if I want to sell.I would buy this property with the mindset that I am going to hold it forever, but with a 2-3 year “ trial period” mindset too, where if I don’t like REI and landlording, I can sell and still recoup my money and dump it into index funds.REI isn’t for everybody, but I’m glad I’m doing it.

You just won’t have rent during the rehab period, you don’t need to deduct it from anything - just don’t plan on getting any.

They are provided with contracts to use which are developed and vetted by real estate lawyers within each state and updated regularly to stay current with changing laws. 

Hello good people,I invested in a tax deed last year (in Fulton County, GA) and it has now crossed the one year redemption period without being redeemed. 

They are always updating the ADU guidelines and thats a bit of a unique situation. 

From what I've seen, think you should have no issues finding something needing some updating to hopefully further build equity and push rents. 

A moderate 80s update in Houston may not match Indy, so leaning on someone who knows the local buyer pool can save a lot of back and forth.All the best,Johnny

go to lots and lots of meetups.2. talk to those HMLs and find out what their terms are.3. save up enough so that you have a down payment, reserves, and also enough in cash for the hold period.
