Yep, it's definitely hard to get started in Real Estate.One thing you'll here often is to contact your sphere of influence... everyone you know and tell them you're in real estate and ask them if they know anybody.But, if you're like me, I hate bugging people I love so...Here's a few things I recommend...You can start off as a licensed assistant to a top agent.
