Does it mean to outsource more, like outsource creating LLC, buy groceries on Amazon vs going to the store,  etc...And focus on making offers, 9-5 job and child? 

Outsourcing a core part of your business really isn't going to fit very well long-term for a sponsor. 

We'd like to invest there, but I'm wondering how we will handle the "trouble calls" from tenants, because we don't plan on outsourcing to a property management company (though I am open to this idea).

With the trend for more and more outsourcing to other countries job security for my friends is at an all time low, they currently training the people in India to be able to take over there jobs.

The upside to a firm with virtually no expenses (the junk mail you get being their only real expense, and it's typically outsourced) is a rock bottom rate.

i can create them myself with a little extra legwork, but I'm trying to outsource these types of things and stay focused.side note, does anyone have referrals to online services that can do the tailored mailers at a reasonable price?  

*So we are clear I am only talking to flippers that Outsource their work to be done, not do-it-yourselfers.Since I am financing my deal Common Sense tells me that I don't take on any property that I feel I cannot rehab in less than 2 months or less.
