Japanese-American's were not slaves that labored on the construction of The White House.They where busy building the RR's different time I know (just that the US has always taken advantage of desperate people) We (American Corperations) are doing it now in third world countries outsourcing American jobs to sweatshops paying pennies an hour.

*So we are clear I am only talking to flippers that Outsource their work to be done, not do-it-yourselfers.Since I am financing my deal Common Sense tells me that I don't take on any property that I feel I cannot rehab in less than 2 months or less.
