@Joseph M.Home has been for sale since May, Unicorn outfit only started last week.  

The problem is they don't have any cash to outfit the property correctly, take care of a major repairs and maintenance etc.

To parphrase Groucho Marx; "I wouldn't want to be a member of a club that doesn't want me as a member".I've never heard of this outfit; what do they do?

The thought of buying the furniture and outfitting while at the same time getting best prices seems daunting.

Jason,If there's something that your trying to infer to the member's of this forum, you night be better off just coming out and saying what needs to be said straight up.People need to know whether this outfit is legitimate or not.

I bought it through a management outfit, there contract is horrible, but will probably try it for a year.

This has been my experience at other outfits.

Anish I think her point was that the comps were properties in massive need of repair.. and that her property was perfect.Just like when we buy in the mid west.. and the appraiser pick up a vacant as is house that sells through a wholesaler for 20k but the turn key out fit is selling the same house on the same street for 75k... 

One of my employees said his girlfriend's restaurant just  bought a larger building and borrowed money to outfit a brand new kitchen.
