Just wanted to share some insight regarding foreign national loans and mortgages for international investors without a FICO or US credit score asI've had a a recent uptick in international buyer activity and interest.  

The days of double digit year on year appreciation seem to be behind us, but 5-8% each year is still above the national average.

Carlos - Not sure what size multifamily property you're buying, but I recently used Hemlane (national broker) for a quadraplex and was very happy with their service.

I see you mentioned Orlando, I would invite you to come to CFRI (Central Florida Realty Investors), we are the local chapter of the national REIA and cover 6 counties.

But now there is no doubt: cost segregation results produced by this nationally reputable company are at best sloppy and at worst totally unreliable.Your Honor, I rest my case.
