I got sick of it one night and told my landlord I will be moving out in 3 months.

My cousin is using one and likes it.Cell service is weak at our cabin PF so it would not work there.Might be good for a smaller house in an urban area with good cell service.

Not necessarily insurance company stays but simply people looking to relocate for a few months and try it out.

The rent rates are compressing right now and in my opinion the next 12 months are going to be rough if you do not have a enough of equity in the property.

I came up with a goal of having one property by the end of the year that cash flows at least $100 a month after all expenses.

I looked into the maintenance option years back to discover a trend of:  apx. 8% monthly fee which only included rent collection (everything else from maintenance to turnovers etc, extra, and poor reputation on repairs.)
