If personal exemptions go to 30K, then chances your taxes and interest reaching that milestone will be low.

I like to celebrate that significant milestone in my tenants lives because it’s not many of them that actually achieve that.

Keeping at it came from setting little milestones along the way to stay motivated.

I've seen Brian, Brandon H, Dawn, James and other esteemed contributors share their milestones, so thought I'd do the same.I doubt I have impacted nearly as many as above mentioned, but I sincerely enjoy my time here and hope I have helped and inspired more than ired, lol.I feel I have grown to know many of you personally and I appreciate you!

Look at their cost and payment schedule/milestones. 

Reward yourself after milestones are reached through discipline.

If schedule is important you should also include milestone dates in your scope of work.
