I joined BP and pay for the Pro membership because I want to learn, and I want to network.

@Christian Bors Is talking about CARPOA (Capital Area Rental Properties Owners Association) they have a membership fee, but some of that money goes to legislative action.

The Wealth Club is a membership club, but you can visit for free. 

@Josh Dorkin @Brandon Hello,I was wondering if you have a membership type that would give me and my husband an upgrade. i.e. like a family plus or pro membership.

In that instance the membership interest of the LLC is no longer considered the same as ownership of the real estate under the LLC.  

I believe you will need a Pro membership to access specific zip codes but I used this to align myself with the right people.

You can even create different classes of membership in LLCs where maybe the ones who put more in up front can have extra profits. 3) Division of labor?

This means I paid a little bit more for my membership in order to have a display booth at the networking events, along with the option to speak formally at those events.I took the wholesaling class that REIA offered last October and I have to say that it was an excellent use of my time and money.
