My idea of a 4-year-pamper-fest is how Colorado State has an on-site massage therapy clinic where students who are stressed can get massages, and how students at Yale needed therapy dogs and cancelled classes to cope with election disappointment.  

Couples therapy might be in order because if you feel you have no one to talk to there definitely is disconnect in your relationship.

I too enjoy dialogue about the human condition, let's keep the conversation going and have some talk therapy so I don't have to get out my prescription pad.

If the breed is acceptable and you chose to allow pets, your lease should require them to purchase renters insurance, require that they make any roommates get the coverage, and also include language in the lease suggested by your attorney requiring them to indemnify you and hold you harmless, etc.I would suggest looking up the posts on "Therapy Animals". 

The rest of your incoherent rant about Jews and Gentiles, upgrading apartments by raising rents, and Communism, well, I've leave you to work that out in therapy and/or prayer.

So stuff like that will need massaging.
