I just needed to emphasize that it is more than a "side hustle" and one can definitely make a living off STR's if they have a market with tourism, the right mindset, and are willing to put some time into the startup process.Now with my system built right, I manage all my bookings and coordinations simply from my laptop or Iphone.

I have my laptop with me at all times, and spend more time in random parking lots and pull over on side streets writing offers on the spot..

Aloha,I am less than impressed with cellphone and laptop fingerprint readers as well, but we have many MF properties that use proximity readers you can wave a keychain fob the size of a quarter in front of for access, VERY reliably.

It is wrong, dishonest and poor choice to build a business on.If you just wanted a new laptop and you just need a quick 3K to buy it and never touch wholesaling again, I would still give you lip about it, but sure I can see logic in that.

It is subjective, just as using your laptop and your phone.
