Buy a few and put them at any major intersection nearby pointing to the property. 

Otherwise, the plans are largely similar.The key concept is that when the plan invests in anything (stocks, real estate mortgages, etc.) all activities are enclosed within the plan and there is no intersection whatsoever with you or close family.
