I have been consuming knowledge for over a year, and it's time to finally pull the trigger!

There are over 100 municipalities in NJ that have some sort of rent control legislation so before you invest you should look to the city hall before you pull the trigger on a purchase.  

Alerts aren't really being triggered for keywords in relation to the area so thought I'd stop on in here!

I'm getting real close to pulling the trigger, just want to make sure I have a good team in place before I do.

I am hesitant to pull the trigger due to my lack of knowledge on funding sources.

I am looking for advice from the community how to decide on where my first investment should be, maybe just share your experience on how you pulled the trigger for your first out-of-state property.Thank for reading!
