I would also caution if you are intending on a vacation rental be very cautious of the individual town restrictions.

However, speaking from personal experience, if you are positive and work your *** off to improve your luck, you are going to be much luckier than those naysayers.So happy for you!

This could improve your margins.Occupancy Rate: A 60% occupancy rate seems low for Jax Beach, but that is a reasonable conservative baseline.
