What would you do to improve it? 

Although I don’t have experience in house flipping yet, I’ve successfully run a construction business back home.Due to the war, my family and I had to search for a new place to live.

I offer what the property is worth to me, because I am the one making the offer.

This seems to follow the general overall trend of lower cost areas winning at the expense of those with a high costs of living.

I ended up building one form zero and built 8 homes and the idea was to make them into a unitque venue.

I would say that everyone is prone to making mistakes.

Either way, you're the fiduciary of your plan so it's important to make smart educated investments.

With Airbnb prices rising, we loved the idea of investing in a few different small apartments scattered around the world so we would have a virtually free place to stay, and when we were not there we would make money off of sites like Booking and Airbnb.
