Hi all--we are looking for feedback from short-term rental hosts in the Washington, DC area.

There's a TON of online feedback about the city as we just hosted the NFL Draft and shattered the Nashville attendance record:)We can also show you where there's a committed $3.5B in investment in Detroit. 

Things go wrong all the time, but if a host takes responsibility, sets the right expectations and communicates, 9 times out of 10, you will still have a happy guest. 

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

The sellers are seasoned AIRBNB hosts who love their properties but are ready to retire.

If folks keep adding to the suburbs, the industries will  stay in the host city and that land there will just get even more pricy.

Have a clear & concise visions for the type of property and guests you'd like to host.

I have been trying to get them to let me host the open house for a couple months now, but the broker is not cooperative and will not post the open house on the MLS.  

We keep a very accurate spreadsheet of STR eligible properties from Brookings through Astoria to help us and our investor clients navigate and focus their search on listings that are both eligible for a permit and forecast lucratively as a AirBnB rental (our current list hosts roughly 100+ on and off market STR's for sale.)Due to the very limited housing inventory, properties that meet client(s) search criteria and budget can boil down to a handful of active listings along the entire coast.
