With relative certainty I can almost guarantee my renters will not have drunk celebrities at my properties :)  The mail person one always gets me, it would seem that it would have to be a tendon severing incident to get the medical bills that high and it would also be a workman's comp claim as it was an injury on the job.... 

(that's happened multiple times)Tenants firing guns in the air during Cinco de Mayo celebration (small city lot, pretty good tenants outside of that incident)Tenants threw a couch through another tenants 2nd story dining room window.Tenant found in their underwear, murdered, handcuffed & a bag over their head.Brothel ran out of an apartment building.

We could all meet at Hooters for a drink to celebrate the million mark and name change!

I'm not sure Jay.. it seems like every time I go to Vegas, my net worth drops by $2-3K ;) Never been an issue with me as I don't gamble.. but I have had a few dinners for 4 that were 2k  LOL.. cheap food and Vegas is a thing WAY in the past.. now its as expensive if not more than any place in the country or world.. at least the celebrity chef type places at the major Casino's.I went into one fish restaurant they have this great display of dead fish and there is a price tag by the fish I thought that was price PER fish turned out to be price per pound.. so my 68 dollar snapper was 4 pds and I paid 300 bucks for one fish..

I had heard him on several podcasts before and it felt like meeting a celebrity.

Feels like New Year's celebration !!!!!!

A little more than 6 months later slightly tipsy from a few drinks during my celebration, I was sleeping on the floor with a towel as my mattress and a coat as my blanket I can still remember closing my eyes that night hearing the steam pipes bang like a sledgehammer.
