Good afternoon,I was just notified by my tenant that he was weedeating around the foundation of the house, and ended up catching a rock and flinging it through a pair of french doors. 

If it's a dropped ceiling use a jabsaw to cut and access hole, then when you're done up there, just screw a 1x4 to the cut out piece so it holds back up there level with the other sheet rock and tape, mud, sand, and repaint it.

People like that, their finances are in the pits, so taking them to court is like squeezing juice out of a rock.

I don't know where Lucas got his EVOLVE experience but they have been rocking it for me.

I am not implying that cash flow calculations that do not take into account appreciation (such as would be used in the Midwest) are also rock solid. 

is there any BP rock stars in the Jackson, Ms and surrounding  area

He's the brains, lead generator, agent, and property manager of the operation (I trust him completely, he's a rock star), I'm basically providing the money. 

I know there are a few meet ups in LA in general but I have not heard of or seen any in my local area of Eagle Rock, Highland Park, East LA.I hope some ideas of where to host it but I'm open to suggestions.

I also like to share my hobbies because I'm always happy to meet others who share the same: Rock climbing (newbie to it), hiking, fishing, mudding (Like ATVS), want to start scuba diving, love escape rooms and my favorite READING!!!! 

The problem is with Gastonia is this: (it's not the commute, because it's not far from the international airport, and you can be in Charlotte in the same amount of time it takes from Rock Hill or Lake Norman (two exploding areas)..) the problem with Gastonia is taxes and mismanagement of infrastructure funds.
