Regardless, I am hoping that linking my name with the property requires a little more effort than a simple google search.  

While its nice to borrow as much as possible, the risk involved can sink someone as in most instances their is personal guarantees involved and lenders will bankrupt sometime to try and get every penny they are owed. 

I would have a conversation with the tenant to see if they know what they are doing, allow for inspections and impress upon them that if anything does link I want a call asap.And of course - charge a pet rent.

In my mind, this would include budget tracking/management, CRM for vendors, links to outside service vendors/resources along with a project management tool.
