Just trying to talk out loud and I dont have alot of "like minded" people around.I agree that the house in Cali is an asset that has the most potential for future scale so it would be hard to get rid of unless there were better options out there.

While you may think you will have 2X the work with two properties I have found as I scale my portfolio that added units don’t necessarily exponentially increase the work.

I personally like Cleveland over Akron because there is so much more volume, which makes it possible to build bigger teams, do more deals, and scale quicker. 

I have been pondering for years on how & where to start and have decided to connect on a larger scale to gain knowledge & guidance to get started.

A scholarship because of good grades is huge, as school debt can really be a drag on your economic future depending on your profession.

How should i scale from here ?

I want the freedom of being my own boss, and completing and finding new deals on my own time, being part of a community and leveraging my network to build a lifelong business that I want to keep learning, and keep scaling and growing.
