The other companies bombarded me with emails and calls immediately, so it was slightly frustrating with Midwest.

I'd be happy to be proven wrong, but I think you're just going to be frustrated if you try to fix/refinish them after a "cat lady" situation. 

He is frustrated at the non-response of the agent.There really are two questions here:1.

Some people on here make a killing off student rentals but others find the constant turnover frustrating.

The property is untouched since December 20, 2017, and I am frustrated to find an answer to my dilemma.

This all happens twice more, & by this time Bob is now frustrated & a bit angry, because his plans are being postponed by one unsuccessful offer after another.

It is frustrating to inherit idiot tenants however Don’t let a bad tenant keep you from buying if it’s a good deal !!! 

But now learn to let go the anger and frustration or it will own you.If you keep to your goals and continue moving forward, the day will come when you realize this was a learning experience and that you have profited greatly from it.
