Like everyone else in the world, cleaners exchange their time for money. 

We had a couple guests come through last year where the entire exchange was automated.  

If I do, I will look at doing a 1031 exchange.

Three years ago, my husband and I did a 1031 tax exchange for a rental property.

After-tax returns focus on how your cash flow looks once taxes kick in, like depreciation, 1031 exchanges, and capital gains.

Only very few sellers were ethical and honest in dealings involving exchange of goods for money.

Quick text exchange is perfectly fine.  

I am about to 1031 exchange an investment property for another but I did live in this property 1 out of the last 5 years.

Beside the “subject to” that’s recently become the subject of much debate we utilized  ”no interest short term owner financing”, the “2nd mortgage crank”, substitution of collateral, mortgage subordination, wrap loans, real estate “exchange” (not for tax reasons), sale - lease back, guaranteed rent payments, sale - buy back, land offered in lieu of down payment, zero coupon bonds as substitution of collateral, and a few others that escape my memory.
