Do they offer comprehensive training programs and ongoing mentorship?

Paying for proper training, "one on one", with someone who has been doing this for many years, is the only answer to learning Subject To legally and safely.

Because there is no HUD education/training of 203k Consultants, HUD states that the lender is responsible for everything the 203k Consultant does and this is why HUD requires the lender to select the 203k Consultant. 

You really have to watch the training videos (which i dread, i always feel like I can just figure it out as I go...), everything is hidden and not self explanatory.

From what I’ve heard is that KW lacks in training, but some people deny this and say they’re good with their training and also the cap system is set up good so if you meet their cap, the rest after that is straight commission.

I guess, my training and many years of experience could qualify me for being "real".
