Nobody else is by the beach and that's not an issue as you're close enough to the beach from pretty much anywhere and Tulum isn't only about the beach.

It's great you are getting set up to start your investing journey, but I wouldn't recommend taking someone else's money on your first fix and flip.

Labor shortages have hit that industry just like everything else, so finding reliable, trustworthy, quality cleaners is a challenge everyone is facing.

Did you get any money back or just yelled at and threatened like everyone else on this thread? 

Take over the rent to own agreement from the existing tenants, or something else?

We don't specify Frontline, Simparica or anything else, so I suppose the tenant could construe it broadly, but the point being that we expect tenants with animals to do their part to combat fleas.
