Advertising and Getting the Phone to Ring!

In order for you to make money as a Real Estate investor you need your phone ringing off the hook each and every day with Motivated Sellers.

"You get what you pay for" really does ring true in this area.

If you are doing marketing that generates a lot of calls (i.e. over 5 new calls a day) or you can not answer your phone when it rings, it can be a good.

I have interest to invest in REI regardless of tax advantage at this point...was just steered onto the REI path from someone with that perspective.Wheatie...those numbers are ringing a bell...thanks.
