I am interested in properties to rehab and sell in northern Indianapolis as well as up and coming neighborhoods in and around downtown.

I am using it for a friend that had a non-performing property near downtown Cleveland.  

It's located near a quiet historic downtown with high house prices, but it's also only 2 minutes from the on ramp for the major highway which I believe is a good for commuting to any of the 3 major CT cities that are within a 30min drive from this location.

Great space, cheapest I could find near downtown.

Currently I am a parking operations manager and I manage several parking facilities in the downtown Tacoma area.

Specifically, the Acworth city center between downtown and Cauble Park.

I wanted to go into downtown condos to avoid any vacancies etc. but still that does not make much sense. what could be other areas, type of homes for a newbie to explore ?
