As for full-time real estate agent you would really need to dominate your market to make enough commissions to then be able to invest.But then again, there are so many engineers out there that seem to be into real estate for some reason.

I polled the two kitchens and it was a 50/50 split over which ones looked betternow I will admit the larger appliances look bolder and nicehowever bold is exaclty what I dont want because the room is only 14.5 x14.5 and the living room is sharing the space the larger appliances would dominate the room and make the living space feel encroached upon.

Keep in mind many SFRs in the SF peninsula went up well over 500k just in the last 5 years.. that and its not taxed.. that is why CA is a driver for so much mid western NE investment rentals.. you take CA investors out of the equation and were would values be in those cash flow rental dominated cities.. ?????
