@Drago Stanimirovic thank you, and you are right I will probably do cost segregation studies at some point, but so far I have still been able to get to a loss on my taxes using the straight line 27.5 year depreciation schedules, I will probably do the cost segregation studies once I can't show a loss anymore, which will happen at some point as the rents increase and the amortization schedules shift to more principle and less interest.

It could be he is lodged and charged after which you can take possession based on abandonment/non-payment.It's always a good idea to use an attorney but if you spend the time, read the laws it's a pretty straight forward process to evict on the grounds you stated.

I'm grandfathered in to the lower pricing of the past (was originally like $850 for their top plan, and I had 36k a month plan) - and they allowed me to add an additional market (which adds additional 36k a month) for a discounted rate.
