Most 1 year leases I have seen here in FL demand a 2 months worth of rent penalty.

Both of these areas offer low crime housing areas with very high rental demand as I mentioned previously

New properties would demand a premium in comparison to average rent in your city and the new home would also attract "better" tenants who would hopefully take pride in their freshly baked home!

Does SEO demand a certain website design to maximize rankings.I have recently updated my website: http://trinityoasis.com , have written occasional blogs, linked to relevant other websites, posted on Social Media, and use in all my marketing, but it doesn't seem to climb in the rankings much.Is my website design not suited for SEO?

In the other 1% of cases, its "functional obsolescence" -- you have a 4 bedroom, 1 bath house in a market where everyone requires at least 3 bathrooms, or your house has no garage when people in your market demand a three-car garage.

You can stretch it out to 40 years if you like and do the math and you can prove it on paper, not in reality.There are influences beyond your control at play, the economy, vacancies, depreciation, wear and tear, market influences, your 20 year old property is now in less demand as it has aged and become dated.
