I am located in Oklahoma and I would very much appreciate it if anyone who is from here or has communications with someone from Oklahoma if they could help me out or give me more information about it. 

In my opinion, good sponsors communicate regularly (and at a minimum are sending yearly financials and quarterly updates). 

I've been working in business intelligence for some while and find that there is an opportunity to use data for decision making and to communicate it in a way that makes it easy to understand, for all.

Communicate and treat them with respect throughout.

Early communication, casual or written, benefits planning, tenant satisfaction, and rapport building.

Eviction is really your only legal option if they are not communicating with you.  

I would also look for reviews, licensing, and communication.

The issue that concerned me the most has been the level of animosity and condescending communication that has been occurring between Steve and Sophie while trying to address issues.

I have received my dividends quarterly, and their communication is great.

Moxie is definitely better, but the communication is still lacking.
