If you didn't find a property manager yet, my company specializes in multifamily properties in the greater Phoenix area and are taking on new clients.

My developer client successfully defended the initial challenges and settled on this having PE rights, so he shifted the site plan to avoid the issue.

I feel this gives me the flexibility to find the right solution for my client and not just sell what my bank offers.

I would never let a client purchase in certain areas of my local market....
