Now here in lies the problem. 

Before I sign the contract with the new apartment, the office of the new apartment lied to me about the floor plan of the new apartment.

My tenants lied to the police and said that they don't know the daughter during the investigation.

I'n not sure if they lied about all the great investors or were just naive idiots who have taken what appears to be millions from investors like me and have no transparency on the return of funds.

The days you are not busy doing real estate stuff you should plan on being at a kids ball game, a pancake breakfast at the local Lions club, a school play that you donated $50 for, getting your car washed at a local fundraiser by the soccer team, volunteering at a local chicken BBQ, taking your dog to agility classes and meeting people etc etc.

Tie to sell...especially those homes that have chickens in the living room and a dog kennels in the back bed room...

The lender is not damaged and presumably the owner was there long enough to satisfy the time requirement.Any *misrepresentation* on a bank loan, like intent, (reason for the loan), income, addresses lived at, rental history, amount of money in the bank, assets, liabilities, employment, time on the job, number of dependents, source of funds (the common things people lie about on applications that get them into trouble) etc, etc are potentially mortgage & wire fraud.

Numbers doesn't lie.
