No matter how small it is.Also folks around me when nearing retirement age they just re-switch their old properties into "holiday vacation" place where asset price is still going up, we just need to plan it properly.I do not need to worry about payoff mortgage in my primary, I can always restart primary with 80% LTV continuously , as long as the primary house that I have is having multiple tenant and DSCR is above one.
