Collecting can be the hard part, but in Mass, the Clerk Magistrate gave me both a "capias" and an "execution".The capias is a civil arrest warrant. 

Long story short, he left two years later, and the next store neighbor who managed my rental found out he was arrested for corruption with a group of other officers, taking payoffs in a extortion racket, and the apartment was used a headquarters for the group to meet and divide the loot.

Also states landlord has right to  put for rent /sale signs and show property while tenant is still living in it during the eviction process..he threatened to have me arrested if i go on the property.

They already have assigned someone to head the arrest and trial against him.

I wouldn't be able to do it by myself, don't even know where to start, what to ask for, when running down to the enforcement office.Coincidentally when the job was completed and ready for inspection, turned out the entire code enforcement staff but one in the county was arrested for accepting bribes, so we had to hire private inspectors of our own to inspect and file the reports, which was approved.

Because of your age it would not necessarily disqualify you depending on how you explain it.You can’t change the arrest but you do have the power to work on your debts.

Plenty of simple cheap cameras you can buy that have a stand etc where you can just set them on a window sill or desk and point them out the window.And be prepared to be disappointed in the reaction once you get video..... the landlord wont do jack if its the other tenant and the police will consider it low priority to make an arrest etc.Even if you get video, I would have my packages delivered to a secure location....

Add another sign underneath saying due to problems trespassers are now being arrested and prosecuted. 

Buyer does something stupid and gets arrested or imprisoned - the list is nearly endless.
