These cleaners contain special enzymes that convert organic waste materials such as urine and feces to carbon dioxide and water.

(He did not test the air for carbon monoxide.)

It seems to me like the owner will be at least financially responsible to the victims families due to his alleged negligence.As we come to the end of the year, have you taken time to inspect and replace fire, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors?  

@John Carbone I think one major issue is the use of “loophole”.

I would like to get to know any other investors who have advice for any of the smaller towns.  I want to buy a metal or scrap yard.  Or just cheap rentals.

Depends -Often times they will check around windows obvious air gaps, check for smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, light bulbs, door weather stripping, check that all appliances work.
