LTV & CreditEliminate the emotion and treat this like the business it is.In my opinion it does not matter who the borrower is as long as they have a track record of ATR (Credit)And I feel comfortable with the leverage (LTV)

@Andreas Mathews admirable, but make sure you do some research so you understand what a PM can make.Starting your own PMC business will require 75-150 doors to make a decent living, depending on gross rents and your fee structre.Working for a SFR PMC as a PM, will require a RE license and you usually get paid a percentage of the gross rents the portfolio of owners/properties you manage generates.

Not only will lenders be effected, but borrower credit, business loans, inventory, and auto credit will suffer when those effected have to relocate, find long term replacement housing and their livelihoods and income are destroyed.
