Based on what Nathan Gesners relative is selling their 23 acres for  1 mil an acre we have about 100 to 120 million dollar prop once brought in. we have been approached by the big boys we got an offer last year of 20 mil and turned it down LOL  .. my partners are all younger than me and bought their options in their Roth IRAs  its a pretty cool long term play with some risk of course.. but oh such upside for them..

I pay $4100/mo not including utilities. 1 year appreciation according to all 3 real estate websites zillow, redfin, and realtor.com, my house is worth about $645k.I've been house hacking by renting out my additional 2 bedrooms to mid term rentals (usually 6mo stays) and brought in about $9k for the first year.

This actually happened once to me in a hotel room, but thankfully I was able to diagnose the intermittent problem and replicate the conditions for the worst of the odor, and thereby got my hotel room changed.One more thing...were any of the plumbers who visited (and apparently mentioned nothing about any of the possibilities that have already been brought up in this thread) involved in the renovation?
