The water supplier for part of the area (Johnson Water) has limited growth but that will be resolved in time and the new build growth will continue.

The one main sub-index that declined in September was supplier deliveries, which rises when companies report longer delivery delays (typically a sign of more demand than companies can fill in a timely manner) and declines as delivery delays ease.

Suppliers have also had trouble hiring workers to catch up with the demand.

I'd break thinking about social media into three buckets, customer (tenant), supplier(sources of leads, capital..), and peer.

There you will have the opportunity to meet other investors, lenders, suppliers, etc.. 

I would figure out who the current chemical supplier is and who the rep is if they have one.

Do you see mortgage suppliers withdrawing or becoming more restrictive and is that having a large impact on real estate demand?
